We strive to make your search process enjoyable and, of course, rewarding. In an effort to make each search successful, we prefer to take a collaborative approach in executing each assignment. Storbeck/Pimentel & Associates strongly believes in the importance of open and clear communication between us, the search committee, the hiring officer, and/or the Board. We can provide considerable assistance to the search process and manage particular aspects of it. All key decisions, however, must be made by the client institution. Our overall task is to strengthen an institution’s capacity to make outstanding decisions about process, people—indeed, all aspects of the search. To be successful, we rely on a strong partnership between us and our clients.
