Although it may seem elementary, they helped us create a workable search schedule which allowed for effective review and selection of candidates, but also represented our need for a timely completion of the search. While not the largest of groups, our committee consisted of 15 busy people spread across the country, all of whom had demands on their respective calendars. The search team managed to get us going quickly and work with us to craft a schedule which worked for us all. Once we had a schedule, the process moved along swiftly, with Storbeck/Pimentel & Associates helping us to define the parameters of the search. Their responsiveness was such that we were not frustrated waiting on our consultant to do their part.
